SHURE needed an interactive program for its MXA310 and MXA910 teleconference microphones. The SHURE Audio Institute provides training to SHURE customers that purchases their products. 

 

 Our solution

YEP Nation developed an online learning program that utilized engaging media such as 2D and 3D animation. There was a need to show technicians how to properly connect the various products needed for a video our audio conference. Our team utilized 3D animated network and audio cables to show proper connections.

A quick breakdown of our Process

The YEP Nation team has a seamless process that utilizes cloud based technologies for our local and remote production team members.  Our clients will attest to our process and how efficient our prociess is from a customer service standpoint. 

Once the project was inititated, the YEP Nation team performed a content analysis and review.  We used our Rapid Development Process and developed initial screens for review. The content was reviewed by the SMEs for the project. 

We developed the online learning and provided links for review using our Cloud based project platform.  Our teams work in conjunction with CMA team members that are working to be certified for future projects. 

SHURE launched the program for its MXA310 and MXA910 customer technician audience. SHURE has won numerous awars for programs developed by its Trainin Insititue.
